Intergenerational Trauma Intensives

A Dedicated Space to Explore What You’ve Inherited and What You’re Ready to Transform.

For individuals who feel they’ve inherited emotional burdens, identity struggles, or relational wounds that didn’t begin with them, this space is for you. Whether you’ve done years of self-work or are just beginning to explore how your family history shows up in your present, our trauma-intensive program is designed to bring insight, integration, and lasting support to your healing journey.

Why an Intensive?

Because ancestral wounds don’t heal through rush or avoidance. This is a structured container for deep, grounded work, the kind that trauma-informed support in California is built for. We move slowly and gently, but with focus. This work invites you to turn toward your roots and begin untangling what’s held you in place. Intergenerational Trauma Intensives are ideal for those seeking deeper, focused time to explore the unseen threads connecting past generations to current patterns.

This is for Individuals Who Want to:

Why Attune-iN?

We bring an integrated approach that blends trauma-informed guidance in California with nervous system care, lifestyle medicine, and systems awareness. Whether you are exploring the impact of childhood experiences, working through intergenerational patterns, or seeking somatic trauma counseling in California that honors your full story, our goal isn’t to analyze you. It’s to walk beside you as you reclaim what’s yours and release what’s not.

I finally saw how my perfectionism wasn’t just mine—it was survival passed down. This gave me space to hold that with love, then choose differently. I left feeling like I could breathe again. Like I wasn’t carrying it all alone anymore.

Frequently asked questions

(01) Do I need to know my family history?
Not in full. We work with what's present; your emotions, responses, and patterns already hold much of the story. Our trauma support services in Palo Alto meet you exactly where you are.
(02) Is this safe if my story is still unfolding?
Yes. You don't need perfect clarity to begin. Our trauma-intensive program is a gentle space to explore, not force conclusions.
(03) Can I combine this with clinical care?
Absolutely. Many participants do. Trauma-informed support in California can complement skills training by offering a grounded space for integration and personal agency, particularly for those also working through healing childhood trauma with additional professional support.
(04) How do I get started?
Attune-iN's trauma support services in Palo Alto, CA, provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. You don't need to have everything figured out, just a willingness to begin.
