Individual Intensive

Targeted Support to Help You Regain Clarity and Momentum

For individuals who feel emotionally stuck, in transition, or at a breaking point with stress, burnout, or patterns that no longer work—this space is for you. Whether you’re navigating a personal crossroads, grieving a loss, or simply know that something needs to shift, an Individual Intensive offers intentional space to unpack, realign, and move forward.

Why an Intensive?

This is a structured, supportive container to look inward, reset your nervous system, and map out a path that’s grounded and clear. Individual Intensives are ideal when weekly sessions feel too slow, or when something in your life needs focused attention now. If you’ve been carrying heavy questions or cycling through the same internal roadblocks, this dedicated time is designed to create clarity and movement.

THIS IS FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO WANT TO:

  • Gain insight into recurring personal or emotional patterns
  • Navigate a major life decision or transition with support
  • Clarify personal values and direction
  • Build emotional regulation tools and nervous system resilience

WITHOUT FOCUSED SUPPORT, MANY INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCE:

  • Mental and emotional overwhelm
  • Difficulty making aligned decisions
  • Inner criticism or self-doubt
  • Burnout or disconnection from self and others

THIS IS FOR YOU, IF:

  • You want to dive deep without long-term commitment
  • You’re navigating change and want to feel grounded in your next step
  • You value a blend of insight, practical tools, and nervous system care

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU, IF:

  • You’re seeking crisis intervention or emergency mental health support
  • You’re not ready or willing to explore beneath the surface
  • You’re looking for diagnostic or clinical therapy (this is coaching)

What to Expect in an Individual Intensive

  • A guided session plan that adapts to your pace and needs
  • Tools for emotional processing, clarity, and nervous system regulation
  • A reflective summary with next steps and resources for continued support

At Attune-iN, we offer specialized personalized intensives that support deeper healing and personal transformation in the following areas:

Still Wondering if This is Right for You?

(01) Is this coaching or clinical care?
This is coaching. While it can feel deeply supportive, it isn’t a substitute for mental health treatment and is often used alongside licensed support.
(02) Can I do this if I'm in a big transition?
Yes, absolutely. Major transitions are actually one of the best times to do an Intensive—you get focused support when you need it most.
(03) What if I want to continue working together?
Great question. Many clients transition to ongoing coaching after an Intensive. We can discuss what would feel most supportive for you.
(04) Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Just show up honestly. We'll guide you through the rest.

Understanding the Adult Children of Alcoholics

Adult Children of Alcoholics are individuals who grew up in homes affected by substance use, addiction, or emotional dysfunction. Even when drinking wasn’t constant, the instability, unpredictability, or emotional neglect in the home can have a lasting impact—shaping how a child learns to cope, connect, and build close relationships later in life.

Many adult children grow up believing they must manage everything on their own. Yet healing often begins when we are finally seen, heard, and understood in a safe and supportive space.

Common Challenges

  • Chronic anxiety or hyper-vigilance
  • Difficulty trusting others
  • Fear of conflict
  • People-pleasing and over-responsibility
  • Low self-worth or harsh self-criticism
